WIA is soliciting residents’ input on all Common Areas

Common Areas are a big asset to Woodmoor and consist of 207 acres, including the 64 acres in south Woodmoor donated in 2022 by WOSC, LLC. Each year WIA sprays for noxious weeds, mows these areas twice, does fire mitigation, maintains trails, and has the pet waste stations serviced on a weekly basis. Please join us at the Board meeting on July 26^th at 7 pm at The Barn (1691 Woodmoor Drive) or email DirCommonArea@woodmoor.org if you would like to give input regarding improvements on WIA Common Areas.
