Yes, WIA will still have Chipping Days this weekend, June 29 and 30, even though Higby Road is currently closed. Click here for the map of alternate routes into the Lewis Palmer High School parking area where we will be located. Saturday we will be there 8 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm. This is free to Woodmoor residents. We ask for a $5 donation from any neighborhood outside of Woodmoor.
If you are coming in from Jackson Creek Parkway, please turn at the light by the YMCA, follow the road around to the left (there will be small signs that say “Woodmoor Chipping” with an arrow and go behind the school by the tennis courts, soccer, softball, and baseball fields. We will be in the southeast corner of the parking area by the baseball field.
If you are coming west on Higby, you will turn right on Bowstring, then left on the road that runs between the soccer field and the softball field, and turn left and follow the signs to the southeast corner of the parking area by the baseball field.
