How to Submit a Woodmoor Covenant Violation

This submission is for addresses within Woodmoor Improvement Association boundaries ONLY. Alternatively, you can call (719) 488-2693 (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) to register your complaint over the phone.

PLEASE SELECT ANY ITEMS THAT YOU BELIEVE REQUIRES INVESTIGATION BY WIA COVENANT ENFORCEMENT.
Although violation submissions are kept anonymous, you still must provide your name, address, and current telephone number so the WIA Covenant Administrator can contact you to verify specific complaint information and/or obtain further information if needed. Anonymous/fake name complaints will be discarded immediately and no action will be taken.
Please remember that abatement times vary depending upon the cooperation of the violator and necessary enforcement measures.
