Denise is a Colorado native and has lived in the Tri-Lakes area for over 28 years. She and her husband have raised two daughters in the Palmer Lake area. She has served Woodmoor from 2002 to 2007 and again from 2010 to the present and has many years of bookkeeping and HOA experience.

Justin joined the administrative team after serving as a WPS Officer since September 2014. He served 4 years in the Army before starting a career in the security and loss prevention career fields serving as an investigator, safety expert, and security and surveillance manager in varied and diverse industries and settings.

Bob joined Woodmoor in 2012 and has lived in Colorado for nearly 19 years working in the construction business as a framer and shop manager. Born in South Florida but raised in Pennsylvania, Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management with a minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He and his wife Kim have three daughters, the youngest being 17, along with 8 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 2 cats

Amber grew up in the Tri-Lakes area, moved out of state, and moved back to the area in 2015. She is glad to be back. She has 3 children, who keep her on her toes at all times. She has over 15 years of customer service experience.
