WIA Year-end Reminders

You should be receiving the December 2020 Newsletter in the mail this week.

The 2021 Annual Dues invoices should be arriving this week in your mail box. If you do not have your invoice by January 4th, please contact the WIA Office staff (denise@woodmoor.org or amber@woodmoor.org), and they will get you a copy. Dues are due January 1st, but are not considered late if received by January 31st. Late fees and interest will be added February 1st. Payment plans are available, if needed. Please contact Denise or Amber for the form.

The ballots will be mailed next week. Please be sure to vote and return your ballot in the stamped, self-addressed envelope. Ballots or proxies must be received by January 22, 2021 in order to be counted by the League of Women Voters and for them to be able to certify the election results. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, WIA will not be able to hold an in-person Annual Meeting.

Please remember to remove your 2020 Election campaign signs, if you still have them displayed in your yard.
