No Fireworks, Campfires, or Open Burning Allowed

This is a friendly reminder to all Woodmoor owners, tenants, and guests that ALL FIREWORKS, including sparklers, are banned in Woodmoor. The WIA Board of Directors (BoD) realize the single greatest risk to the community is wildfire. Fines for a violation regarding fireworks, campfires, and open burning start at $5,000. Yes, you are reading correctly, it is a minimum of $5,000. There will be NO WARNINGS given. If you see someone using fireworks, please contact WPS on their mobile at 719-499-9771. If WPS sees fireworks in areas outside of Woodmoor, they will be contacting the appropriate agency as all of El Paso County is under a Stage 1 Fire Restriction, issued by the Sheriff. Wildfires know no boundries. Please help us prevent a devastating wildfire.

Again, no fireworks of any kind are allowed in Woodmoor. If you have to light it, it is not allowed!
